3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Have a valid ID document
• Have an account
• Provide valid and verifiable contact information

We reserve the right to refuse access to our services without having to justify our decision.

4. Loan Application Process

The process includes the following steps:

• Networking: Investor Presentation
• Contract: Electronic signature of documents
• Unlocking: Transfer of funds to your account

5. Commitments of the Borrower

By taking out a loan, you agree to:

• Repay the loan according to the agreed schedule

6. Withdrawal Period

In accordance with Canadian law, you have a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days following the signing of the contract to cancel the loan without fees or penalties.
